Notting Hill Courtyard

This small courtyard in Notting Hill was predominantly designed as a 'look at' space from the house. The client wanted a green backdrop to their new extension and as such wanted the focus to be on the planting rather than it being a particularly used space. 

The paving was simple stagger bond Yorkstone paving and the planting was varying shades of green and white for a sophisticated but verdant feel. 

Iroko fencing creates additional height around the boundary walls and climbers were incorporated to eventually createa  green screen against the walls.
